Special additive suggested to improve transparency, processability and production yield, also to avoid the “skin shark” on the extruded rolls. The active product is fluoelastomer, incompatible with molten polymer, but compatible with the extruder’s metallic walls thus lining the barrel and lessening the shear-stress. Remarkable results will be: reducing of heat dissipation (saving of electric power) and correct extrusion without melt fracture and/or die build-up.
This additive doesn’t migrate on the plastics surface and is particularly recommended to improve the metallocene’s film gloss.
